My take on Mamsha Palm

Mamsha Palm is the latest phase of Mamsha Al Saadiyat, Aldar's beachfront neighbourhood in the Saadiyat Cultural District. The Louvre Abu Dhabi is next door, and the Guggenheim and the Zayed National Museum are within walking distance.

This is Abu Dhabi's prime address, and Mamsha is the part of Saadiyat where the beach, the museums and the restaurants meet. It is priced accordingly, but it also completes sooner than most of the Aldar range, in 2028.

For a buyer who wants a trophy apartment in Abu Dhabi rather than a yield play, it is the obvious one to look at.
