My take on The Willows
The Willows is the lowest priced villa release in Sobha Sanctuary. Each villa has four bedrooms across a ground and first floor, and the collection sits among the masterplan's wellness amenities, with forest loops for jogging and cycling.
Family sized homes are the tight end of the Dubai market. The buyers are mostly people relocating to live there, not investors, which makes the resale market deeper and less cyclical than apartments.

- Investors who want family housing from a quality builder

- A longer hold for capital growth
What to weigh up
- Villa yields are lower than apartment yields
