Helping investors worldwide buy well in Dubai.
I have worked in property for over a decade and first lived in Dubai in 2014. In that time I have worked for developers and property management companies across the UK and the Middle East, so I have seen this business from the side that builds, the side that sells and the side that looks after the property afterwards.
I have overseen more than 650 off plan transactions, worth hundreds of millions of pounds, and helped thousands of investors, from first time buyers to people building a portfolio. Along the way I have built a network of more than 32,000 investors around the world.
Most of them come to me with the same questions. Is my money safe? What does it really cost? How is it different from buying at home? I answer those first. Then my team and I stay with you all the way through, from the first conversation to a let and managed property, and on to the day you sell.

Finding the property is one part of it. My team and I look after everything around it, so you can invest from anywhere in the world without it becoming a second job.
Straight advice
A clear explanation of how Dubai works, what it costs and where the risks are, before you look at a single floor plan. If Dubai is not right for you, I will say so.
A shortlist that fits your brief
Two or three vetted options from developers I am comfortable with, each with a 5 year illustration of equity and rental income.
Site visits and viewing trips
I can arrange viewings, show apartments and developer meetings when you are in Dubai. For committed buyers I can often arrange for a developer to cover the cost of the trip.
The paperwork, handled
Reservation, the sale and purchase agreement, government registration and every stage payment, explained before you sign or send anything.
Mortgage, currency and tax introductions
Specialists who work with overseas buyers every day, so you are not left to find them yourself.
Build updates and handover
Progress updates through construction, then an independent defects inspection before you accept the keys.
Furnishing
Furniture packs and full fit outs arranged for you, so the property is ready to let without you being there.
Lettings
Your tenant found and vetted for a long let, or the property set up as a holiday let with a licensed operator.
Property management
Rent collection, maintenance, renewals and service charges looked after, with the rent sent to your account at home.
Your exit
A plan for when to sell, agreed at the start. When the time is right, my dedicated resale team markets and sells the unit for you, so the exit is as smooth as the purchase.
No fee to you. I am paid by the developer, and your price is the same as going direct.
