My take on The Woods Abode
The Woods Abode is Sobha's newest apartment release in Sobha Sanctuary. The homes run from 540 to 964 square feet, and every one has a balcony. The enclave has its own pool deck, yoga and meditation deck, gardens, nursery and library.
This is the lowest entry point into Sanctuary, and that is the reason to look at it. You are buying a one bedroom apartment in a masterplan whose villas start at around four times the price, with the same parkland, amenities and management.
