Skyscape Avenue is a 50 storey tower in Sobha Hartland 2. The apartments are finished in soft, light tones, and a four level podium holds the pools, cinema, courts and other shared facilities.
Sobha makes almost everything itself, from building materials to joinery, in its own factories. That control is why its handovers are so consistent. Hartland 2 puts that quality in a central location that still feels like a park, with lagoons, cafes and walking paths inside the community.
