My take on Sierra by IMAN
Sierra is a 593 apartment tower by IMAN Developers, with homes from studios to four bedroom duplexes with private pools. It launched in September 2025 and construction is already under way. It was named Best Mixed Use Development UAE 2025 at the Business Tabloid Awards.
Motor City is an established community, and that matters for rent. An apartment completing here lets into a market that already exists. The amenity deck is unusually generous for the price, and amenities are what hold rent when new supply keeps arriving.
