My take on Meriva Gardens
Meriva Gardens is part of The Meriva Collection by Ellington. Each of the two buildings has ten residential floors and a rooftop, and the apartments have deep terraces that open the living space towards the sea.
This is a boutique take on beachfront living. Two buildings of ten floors feel quieter and more private than another tall tower, and beachfront land is finite, which is a large part of the long term case for well designed property here.
