My take on Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti
This is the Mercedes-Benz tower, and it is the only Binghatti launch on this site with real developer stock still available. Mercedes-Benz did the interior design, which in practice means the fit out is specified rather than the usual developer standard, and the brand is on the building rather than just the brochure.
The payment plan changed since this page first went up. It is now 40 per cent on booking and 60 per cent on handover in January 2028, where it was previously a 20/50/30 spread. A 40 per cent deposit is a serious ask and it rules this out for a lot of buyers, but it also means you are buying alongside people who had the cash rather than people who were hoping to assign before completion.
Nad Al Sheba is the quiet winner in this list. It sits between Meydan and Downtown, it is on the Dubai to Al Ain road, and Binghatti City is a large enough masterplan to create its own amenity ring rather than borrowing the neighbours'.
