My take on Greencrest
Greencrest is a contemporary building with deep balconies and open terraces, positioned for views across the Dubai Hills golf course.
Dubai Hills Estate is a finished, working community, with Dubai Hills Mall, a large park and schools already open. That makes it one of the lower risk places to buy off plan, because the tenant demand is already there.
Who it suits
- Investors who want an established community with proven rental demand
- Buyers who may live in the home later
- Those who put location ahead of the lowest price
What to weigh up
- Limited homes remained when I last checked, and prices move above the launch figure
- Dubai Hills is priced above newer districts
- Instalments are tied to dates and build stages, so I send the full schedule
