Bay Grove is a Nakheel community of connected buildings on Dubai Islands, planned around the water, with a raised pool, gardens and direct beach access. The figures here are for the fourth and final phase, which has 257 homes.
Dubai Islands is one of the few places left where a government backed developer is delivering new beachfront close to the old city and the airport. Bay Grove was one of its first residential launches, and it completes sooner than most island projects.
