My take on Sorrento Lagoon Views
Sorrento Lagoon Views is DAMAC's latest release in DAMAC Lagoons, its Mediterranean themed waterfront community of 49 million square feet in Dubailand. The homes are studios and one bedroom apartments around a resort style lagoon pool, with a swim up bar, floating pods, an outdoor cinema and a spa.
The payment plan is the reason to look. After 15% in the first month, most months are 0.25% of the price, about AED 3,000 on a one bedroom, with larger 5% payments every six months and 50% on completion. DAMAC is also covering the 4% Dubai Land Department fee at launch.
Studios and one bedrooms are the easiest homes in Dubai to let, and DAMAC Lagoons already has handed over clusters with tenants in them.
